About
Tim has been playing the Great Highland Bagpipe since the age of 15 when he joined
the City of Plymouth Pipe Band. He has played at many military and civilian events with
band and he also performed at many private functions as a solo piper. Tim has also
competed in Grade 4 with the band.
In 2011, Tim represented the City of Plymouth Pipe Band aboard HMS Campbeltown
during its month long decommissioning tour and had the privilege of playing at several
high profile and prestigious ceremonies on behalf of the Royal Navy.
Tim can also provide accompaniment by a highland drummer by request to create the
classic pipes & drums sound, which is perfect to enhance your occasion whatever the setting.
